The hotel had some really nice features like a spacious and beautiful pool area. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent service. However, I did encounter a few drawbacks such as the lack of a microwave in the room and the need for soundproofing between the room and the exit stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but a few improvements would make it ideal.

The location is perfect for families visiting Dutch Wonderland, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for our daughter's birthday celebration. The rooms were all brand new, but I was disappointed that they didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave, which would have added to the comfort. The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of everything, and will be even better once renovations are finished. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and some unpleasant service encounters. The dining options could use some improvement as well, especially since we were caught off guard by unexpected charges. Overall, it has potential but definitely has room for improvement.
